· Your representatives should arrive at the venue at about 9:00 a.m.
· The Career Fair will take place in the Crown Royal Touchdown Club East - on the lower level of the East Club, which is on the Second
Level.
· Coffee and other refreshments will be available at 9:30 a.m.
· We will serve the Exhibitors’ Lunch on the Third Level of the Crown Royal Touchdown Club East.
Plenty of FREE parking will be available in Parking Lot C at Jacksonville Municipal Stadium.
You may ship packages and boxes for the Career Fair up to three (3) business days before the scheduled event. Please ship to:

RecruitMilitary Career Fair Cancellation Policy:
If an employer is unable to attend a Career Fair for which it has already registered,
RecruitMilitary will make every effort to allow the employer to attend a future Career Fair, provided the employer attends the Career
Fair during the same calendar year. However, RecruitMilitary must receive the cancellation request with at least ten business days’
notice prior to the date of the Career Fair. Cancellation requests must be sent via e-mail to careerfairs@recruitmilitary.com, and
must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.
If a cancellation request is received fewer than ten business days before the event, or if the employer does not show up at the event at all, no
part of the employer’s
total fee will be refunded or transferred.
